Execution of transformer stations and performance of PRAM checks
The company executes transformer stations of 20- 0.4 kV for medium voltage connections.
Medium voltage transformer stations have the role of taking over the electricity from the transport network and turning it to a lower voltage, so that it can be used by all consumers. In general, the transformation process takes place from 20 kV to 0.4 kV.
A transformer station is made up of:
 medium voltage protection/distribution/ measurement cells;
 oil or dry medium voltage
transformer;
- internal panels for
protection and supply services;  meters for the energy
consumed;
 concrete, prefabricated
or metallic tire to be placed outdoors;
 low and medium voltage distribution cables;
 other electrical accessories, usually used at transformer stations for distribution.
Medium voltage transformer stations are designed to be easily transported to the installation site, and the commissioning takes place in
a very short time and with the lowest possible cost.
ELECTRO CĂLIN BRĂNEȘTI SRL has staff that is qualified and experienced for PRAM bulletins and the necessary testing equipment, in accordance with the current legislation. PRAM bulletins are required for checks performed by Labour Protection, Consumer Protection and Firefighting agencies.
The frequency of measurements and checks of electrical installations (PRAM)
is once every 6 months and it is advisable to perform them both in wet and dry weather. In this respect, the services provided by ELECTRO CĂLIN BRĂNEȘTI SRL include PRAM preventive checks (earthing dispersion resistance), PRAM checks for continuity (earthing harness connector, engines and electrical panels) and release of Check Reports.
