Depending on the project requirements, PureQuad can deploy its consultants to the customers’ offices or they can work on an in- house basis, from the company’s premises. In certain projects it is only one consultant that works in the customer’s office from time to time, while the rest of the team would work at the headquarters.

Further to the implementation of GDPR, PureQuad identified a need for encrypted e-mail communication between different companies or between companies and their end customers, when it comes to personal data. Consequently, PureQuad implemented a solution that allowed anyone to communicate in a simple but encrypted way by e-mail, without the need to have technical knowledge. The solution makes it possible to meet the GDPR requirement to have the information in transit encrypted – when the e-mails are stored on e-mail servers or sent over the Internet. PureQuad makes its own internal software systems available to customers who need professional solutions that could alleviate their administrative burden.
“EU-GDPR affected many companies, but we are working on software solutions that could allow each of those companies to fully comply with the provisions of the EU Regulation on the

general data protection, especially with regard to the e-mail messages, but also in relation to the storage of data at a reasonable cost. There is a requirement, which is not necessarily explicit, to have the data of the Romanian companies stored in Romania and, therefore, the need arises for an encrypted cloud solution. Companies will become increasingly aware of the standards that they have to meet and of the fact that they will have to comply with the conditions imposed by GDPR. This product will be free for individuals, since the obligation to encrypt data resides on companies only and the communication between companies and customers is essential. On the other hand, an individual might be interested to protect his/ her personal data against the e-mail scanning – for marketing purposes – by the e-mail service provider or against interception.
