The story and vision of PureQuad
Alexandru Voiculescu has been involved in outsourcing software development since 2003, in the area of software application, continuous integration and Software Quality Assurance
and Testing. In 2016 he decided to relaunch
the company under the name of PureQuad, an independent company motivated by the idea
of bringing together local talent and global expertise in the field of technology, in order to provide customers with competent software development services.
“We set up PureQuad because we were convinced that we could offer our customers high-quality services at reasonable costs. Since January 2016 we have had 35 permanent employees and 15 subcontractors, through partner companies. What we wanted was to
link the best programmers in Romania with interesting and challenging projects. This is how we manage to help customers in difficulty by offering them the best solutions, because the quality of the service is of the utmost importance for us. We have studied service management and project management intensively and currently we apply the best practices in the
field: ITIL, PRINCE2 (Agile), Agile methodologies, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISTQB”, says Alexandru Voiculescu, a certified ITIL Expert and ITIL trainer, as well as PRINCE2, MSP and ISO Practitioner himself.
