the most competitive holding companies in the Romanian industry.
Starting with 2 employees and a turnover of 3 million ROL, the Romanian Commercial Services (SCR) Group has grown steadily, reaching 17 companies and over 3,000 employees in its 24th year of existence.
The companies of the SCR Group provide a dynamic response to business challenges and changes by constantly seeking to create added value and synergies in their work.
The development and coordination of integrated plans and the profitable allocation of resources in order to reach the targets are the main objectives of the management philosophy applied within the SCR Group. The management philosophy within the SCR Group is to mobilize resources with a proactive attitude in the changing economic environment, not only by capitalizing on opportunities, but also by turning around the constraints of the economic environment. Each member has a well-defined role within the team with the view to achieving a common goal.

Until this year, Chimcomplex was part of the SCR Group, from the privatisation of the plant in 2003 until the purchase of the Oltchim assets.
In 2018 the SCR Group underwent a reorganisation and Chimcomplex joined the Romanian Chemical Company, under which the chemistry division will develop, with the vision of a revival of Romanian industrial chemistry.
