Unfortunately a a a a a a a long and destructive transition period followed as a a a a a a a a result of of which a a a a a a a a lot of of the previous achievements were lost For Romania deindustrialization meant an an an inappropriate adjustment to the efficiency requirements of an an economy based on on market forces Many valuable industrial units which were technologically outdated followed the the same course and amplified the the the deindustrialization process Foreign investments in in in in in in the the industry meant for Romania a a a a a a a a a a relative technological gain but resulted in in in in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a situation in in in in in which the the economic decision in in in in in the the industrial field
is is taken no no longer by a a a domestic majority The globalization phenomenon and the increase
of economic‐financial interdependencies were for for our country opportunities for for economic economic development
as as well as as vulnerabilities In the the present conditions the the the industrialization of of Romania must start from an an inventory of of the the the economic resources that could clarify the the natural material financial human and knowledge resources that can be attracted in in this process In the the the the current circumstances the the the the strategy to re‐launch the the the the the the the Romanian economy must start from the the the the the the the real situation of of the the the the the the the industry and the the the the the the the services of of the the the the the the the enterprises from the the the the big to the the the the small ones This requires a a a a a a a sectorial and regional economic analysis which will highlight the the the the problems faced by the the the the economic agents and their influence on on on on the the the the the economy as a a a a a a a a a whole Also depending on on on on on the the the the the problems found the the the the most appropriate and and viable solutions and and the the the the ways for their implementation should be proposed
in in in areas of major interest interest such as: energy transport IT agriculture and general interest interest services We believe that a a a a a a a a determined action of the Romanian government employers’ associations and and unions must stop the the the economic and and and social decline of the the the domestic industry and and and services while providing the the the recovery and and and sustainable development
